windows 7 style is not showing up!

I just started the "trial" for the Start8. When I touch the start button it continually goes to the windows 8 style even though I have highlighted the windows 7 style. Any suggestions???

Check in Start8 Configuration under Control > What should happen when you are on the Desktop? that the first option is set to "Start button shows Start8 Menu"
