i am thinking to buy but i have some questions for full release version

1  will there be  diplomacy options like sins of solar empires

2  skirmish/SP replayability?(full feature map editor,decent ai,even  generated maps)

3 multiplayer focused game (fast paced game) or epic game like sins of solar empires ??  i like slow paced games and longer games >2h 

 4 will AI be a cheating AI ?

and some questions for alpha/beta version

1 when will AI  start to shine for some decent challenge?

2 when will beta start ?

3 my pc spec :

i5 3450 3.9ghz

gtx 660 2g ram

24gb ram

 is it ok to play the game without problem?
