How do I price glass?

I've had some trouble in recent games making glass work out for me...

1 glass = 0.5 oxy + 2 silicon

So don't build into glass unless $glass > 0.5*$oxy + 2$silicon?

 

At least in the games I've been playing I haven't seen much of that...

I've also had trouble supplying the furnaces with oxygen... Is there a way to have auto supply be the default rather than something I need to remember to toggle?

in settings you can set autosupply

Also you can hover over a "build building" button (the one next to the resource it produces) and see expected revenue, in $/second.

projected revenue doesn't account for adjacency bonuses, which means it underestimates profits. It is much faster to be familiar with the production chains and get used to do the guesswork intuitively every time you glance over the resource prices.

True Cubit, but assessing the base efficiency through the expected revenue and then adding 50% or 75% with adjacency is still pretty easy for the newer players.
