How open 'apple.pages' doc on PC

Just received an important doc that requires my response.  It came in apple ".pages' format. I have a PC and can't open it.  Did web search, (via MS associations page) found only two programs.  Open freely and  free editor.  Both have mal / crap ware ware included, even when checking boxes to exclude the 'extras.'  Anyone have experience / suggestions with safe program to open an apples.pages doc on a PC?  :)

There may be a way to do on your end but probably the best way is to have whomever sent the doc to you to resend it in a format you can read/open.  :sun:

I don't have personal experience, but evidently, the .pages extension can be exchanged with the .zip extension and the file should be readable.  Just make sure you do it with a copy of the file first.

log in with your Apple-ID 

click the Pages icon

to upload click the gear icon in the top center
