Minor UI request

Just a small thing. It's a bit annoying to have to manually mouse over all the resources one at time to find out their offworld prices, and keeping the information in your head to compare them. It would be easier if you could see all offworld prices at once somehow when you mouse over the Offworld Market.

That has been mocked up and we're working on putting it in the next version of the UI right now. It may not be online for a few months, but it's coming.
