Nice pictures, but your work is still useless for ppl that do not have account at nexusmods as DL is prohibited.  :'(

I hate additional logins, but even I went and got an account at nexusmods!  It was for another game, but I definitely used it to grab some of these backgrounds.

You're too lazy to take a couple of minutes to register for free to get the work that he has spent a lot of time creating and has shared for free so you put him down because of the site he chose to share it on with us? Wow... You were raised real well or just didn't pay much attention...

Exactly.  Entitlement mentality.  These backgrounds are magnificent, I'm using one for my windows login screen.

@krbjm: I'm sorry that I may have caused irritations and I didn't critisize your collection. In fact I allready used some of your earlier ones, before they where offered through nexus. Probably I missed that direct link. Thx again. 

The only thing I stated is, that I couldn't access those pictures at nexusmods. The reasons not to sign another account are my own, so I ask you to stay calm and don't let your pushed feelings get you personal. 

Here's the next set, not the best, but I see one or two that might be good, getting hard to find new and exciting images. This 16 will bring the total now to 208. To save time I will start posting sets as a group shot. I do think this format will give a more complete view of the sets as they are posted on Nexus. Sorry for the green and yellow dots, but I use Carbonite to backup my files. Here is set 193-208:

I love some of the backgrounds that you've created (Races, too!) and really appreciate you sharing them with us. When we first were able to create custom races, someone created a bunch of them and posted them on the net (can't remember who so I can't credit them...). They didn't use unique portraits or backgrounds, just what was already there and mostly used by other stock races and minors so they could easily fill up the galaxy for their play style. You have motivated me to go into each of them and change portraits, backgrounds and foregrounds. I've had to actually learn to use GIMP a little so I could create my own foregrounds that would look some what decent. So long down the line I will eventually edit them to add stories to them (the original creator did not do this) but that's far down the road. So thanks again for ally our work! It is most appreciated.

Thank you very much for your kind words. I know what you mean about GIMP, after reading about how to do FG's I down loaded it and started watching YouTube videos to learn how to do some of the features it has. I also use Paint.net. They each in my option have there positives and negatives, I find Paint.net easier and quicker in most cases, and GIMP better for cutting out and cropping. This is one of the things I do like so much about this game is that you can do so much to personalize it. Once again, thank you.

Thanks for unbundling your art assets!  I'll give your leaders FG/portrait mod a Nexus endorsement as soon as it lets me.

krbjms, thanks a lot for these! I've used many of your backgrounds and portraits to spice up some of the "simplistic" races that I downloaded when we first had the ability to make custom races back in the beta days and to create some news ones myself. Your efforts are very much appreciated sir!
