Obviously this isn't the best topic at the moment since the game is still at early alpha, but I do have to ask if I can run the game at least on high with a GTX 770 (2GB) and a i5 4690 (3.5 Ghz/4 cores) with a 1080 resolution. Thank you if you can respond.

The game mechanics are still at that stage but the game is not. Most of the technical bugs have been ironed out and the game runs correctly (for the most part). This is probably exactly what the developers intended so by their metrics things are going well. And since I bought the game, who am I to disagree?
On the other hand just because the technical issues are (mostly) resolved, that doesn't mean they get a free pass on the game mechanics issue, and I see it as my hobby to make sure they remember that....
But overall, I'm patient. As long as the game improves over time I'll be ok with it too.
I'm pretty sure the OP was referring to Ashes of the Singularity.
I have similar specs and I'm not too concerned I'm under powered. Our stuff isn't really that old. Your OS will probably be a factor too. Many games run much better under windows 8 than 7, and I expect a similar jump to 10. I also keep my gaming OS very clean and lightweight, not running any extra programs except anti-virus.
