Before you get started, we encourage you to read through this post for important information regarding the ALPHA build of Ashes of the Singularity.
Performance and compatibility
It’s very important to note this is a very early Alpha release. It is not optimized and there’s a good chance you will run into crashes and compatibility issues. The Ashes Founder’s Alpha is currently intended for higher-end gaming PCs at the current time.

Feedback and reporting issues
We know you’ll have lots of feedback and issues to share with us, so in order to make sure we get the best information possible please follow the instructions for reporting feedback, issues, crashes, etc.
For technical issues use the Stardock Support tool. This will gather relevant information about your PC specs, settings, and save files. That will produce a .zip file which you can include with your support ticket which you can submit here.
