No Ironclad games folder

Hi,

I purchased Sins of a Solar empire on disk and installed it onto my laptop. I successfully activated the game and was able to play. 

However I wanted to install the star trek armada 3 mod and I accidentally deleted the ironclad Games folder from my computer files in the C drive. 

 C:\Users\Username\Documents\My Games\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game on steam but this folder never downloads again. I tried to revalidate game cache but it says there is one file missing and the game will not start now at all.

 

I bought a second Sins game on disk with a new validation key but the ironclad games folder never downloads into my computer like it did the first time I installed the game and the file is not hidden either.

 

How can I get this folder again without having to return to a previous saved back-up time-point on my computer?

User folders aren't installed, the game generates them when it runs if they aren't present.

If you're having trouble getting the game to start, contact [email protected] and they should be able to help.
