[Bug Report] Graphics glitch on Creep Rock City

Encountered a grapics anomaly in co-op on Creep Rock City

Today I bought Servo, and I've just played through the tutorial (campaign) missions plus one game on each of the three available co-op maps.

After a few minutes of play on Creep Rock City (this map and only this map, so far), I encountered a weird visual glitch (screenshot). It flickered in and out like that while scrolling around parts of the map. The bloomspawn and Dark Sun forced me to focus my attention towards the bottom edge of the map - I didn't see the glitch again after that.

I don't know if it was related to specific areas of the map or not. I will try to reproduce the glitch later.

Basic config:

  • Build 333
  • GeForce driver v352.86
  • 1920x1080/60Hz
  • SSAO: OFF
  • Bloom, HDR, and Gibs: ON
  • Shadow quality: low

Machine specs:

Windows 8.1 64-bit, i7-4710MQ, 16GB RAM, GeForce GTX 765M

This is an Optimus machine, and since Servo doesn't seem to have a auto-select preference (i.e. auto-select is not followed by any indication of which card will be chosen) for which graphics card to use in the nVidia control panel, it may have been using the integrated Intel 4600 GPU instead.

I did not submit this through the bug reporter integrated with Servo because I wasn't sure if it had the ability to attach screenshots.

Ah, the giant text bug:)

This one is on our list. Not sure if it'll get fixed before the next update.

Thanks for the report.

Is there a publicly available list of known issues somewhere? Just so I can avoid submitting details about any other known bugs.

No, there isn't. We'd rather get things over-reported, etc.
