Sovereign Defeated in Battle--healing time

This may not be very popular, but when the sovereign is defeated in battle, I would like the down time to last a little bit longer.  In addition, I also think it would be great that while a sovereign is unavailable, all of that kingdom's unit have some penalties in battle.  Perhaps -20 to accuracy, minus -2 to attack, and -15 to dodge.  Or even better, have the penalty based on the sovereign's level.  Dodge -1.5*level, Attack -level/2, and Accuracy -2*level.

I read that the dynasty system is coming back, which I am really looking forward to.  This would be a great time to add it and it could also be effective for any member of the "Royal Family".

I know you lose mana (sometimes), but I would just like there to be a little more consequences to running around with your sovereign.  A global punishment to all units would be interesting.  I would like the sovereigns to also get the injuries just like when the champions die. 

I figured changing the duration would be the easiest.  But having additional consequences would provide more challenges.  My game last night, I was attacked in four successive waves in a town I just conquered.  Apparently I upset Magnar by taking over his little hamlet; however, in my defense he declared war on me.  Defending the town was hard enough with what I had left, but if I had additional negatives if my sovereign died, I am actually not sure I could have held it.

At some point, we would like to do one final mini expansion for the Fallen Enchantress series that includes everything in FE:LH and then some.

A few questions for you guys:

What would you imagine it being called? 

Right now, given our traditional naming convention, we'd call it Fallen Enchantress: Ultimate Edition

It would be $19.99 for users who have FE:LH, $39.99 new. Would come out after LH 2.0 so that 2.0's stuff can be part of it.

Features:

 

    • Greater faction differentiation where different factions do different types of damage (fire, cold, electrical, arcane, poison, etc.)

 

    • All existing DLC would become available for it and your current DLC would be added to your account (you wouldn't have to rebuy any DLC).

 

    • Dynasties

 

    • Different Tech Tree per major faction

 

    • Lots more unit customization items

 

    • General diplomacy overhaul

 


Release date would be AFTER Sorcerer King and GalCiv III.
