Cannot minimise, use f10, or maintain sound in 1.21

Since updating to 1.21 I've had problems with:

F10 to full screen, this just shows the desktop but I can't click anything. Sound is still playing so the app is running fine, just not visible.

Minimise hides the title bar but leaves the window contents in the centre of the screen, clicking this brings the window back.

Opening something like chrome leaves the app silent and needs the option for background sound unchecking and rechecking to work. :(

 

Are older versions still available to download?

This same exact thing happens to me when watching Netflix.  I can even reproduce the same way you force it to work.  As soon as I press the FullScreen toggle, I cant see the video; but, still can hear the audio.  This happens on my dual monitor PC.  I tried searching for a fix; but seemed to only find your post.

 

Im using ModernMix 1.21 on Window 8.1 with WindowBlinds.

Win8.1 Pro x64

I updated to 1.21 to finally rid myself of the annoying "Windows not coming to foreground" issue. Now, I have this issue, and it's even more annoying than the other.

For me, it happens with every app I use, not just Netflix. It happens with TrackSeries, Slacker, and Netflix, to name a few.

The workaround (at least for me) is to hit the Windows key twice after the issue occurs. For me, that brings me to the full-screen window I wanted to begin with.

Let me guess: Stardock will not be able to reproduce this.
