Superweapon disable?

Hello,

 

So i like to play on large maps a fair bit and I was wondering if there was a way to disable superweapons as i would like to vs TEC but when we both get large empires they just spam nova canons.

 

Is there an option to turn all super weapons off or a mod that disables them?

Sure.

My Enhanced 4X Mod has a series of minimods you can add to it, one of which disables Superweapons. It should work even with no other mods enabled.

I believe there is a mod package called the Trivial Options Pack that has a mod that will disable them too.
