Possibilities?

Hello,

I have been playing about a week or so and these are some ideas I would, and I know a few other people would love to see:

1. Bigger Maps for 2v2? Me and my friend enjoy playing this, but killing creeps is getting boring, we want to put our teamwork to a real test against another team.

2. A better way to find a match? Someone in the steam group and myself were trying to group up to play, but when I created and he searched it didn't find my game, and vice versa. There has to be a better way...

3. Since there is a quality to items, why not some repair costs, to give a reason to maybe lose a few dps to have gear that lasts longer? If you get damaged severely, you could possibly lose a weapon in combat or lose effectiveness of a damaged weapons/item based on their quality? Otherwise I am not sure why quality is even in the game since it doesn't mean its better... Other than maybe something else entirely. * see #8

4. Bounty... Not sure what this going to be about, but it could be a lot of fun. Added bonus of scrap for killing people with a bounty? Gain bounty by winning so many games in a row. (PVP, Arena)

- 1 game: 100 scrap

- 3 games: 200 scrap

- 5 games- 250 scrap etc.

*Player who beats the person with winning streak, gets the bonus reward. Plus its not too much, and that way people can get scrap a little easier.

5. An attack move option would be nice, sometimes trying to click on something moving gets everything destroyed. Would like mouse scrolling as well.

6. More Servo's and Pilots as well as more deployed in game. Since most of the fighting is between these fighting machines, lets get some more out there and get the most devastation as we can! Raise the price of upgrading, add a 4000 max limit in game and add another lvl or 2 that just unlocks another Servo. Make the starting turrets you get at the start stronger, so you don't have to worry about getting rushed in the first minute and on a bigger map five Servo's won't be hard to work with/or against.

7. More slots? Maybe different torsos that can hold different number of slots based on quality? So you don't have to always sacrifice armor for shield or a missile rack?

8. Arena change... I would love to see an arena style PVP match! *1v1/2v2 (1v1: 4 Servos max per side/2v2: 8 Servos Max/4 per player per side)

Just Servos on small-medium map as a gladiator style fight. Pay a certain amount of credits to join, and you fight other players and the more you win the more rewards you get. Have arenas set to a certain quality limit so its somewhat balanced:

Bronze: 8000-12000

Silver: 12000-18000

Gold: 18000-24000

Champion: 24000+

And rewards for winning 3-5 in row. Scrap plus choice of a box? Or something like that.

9. More purchasable items.. I love playing my luck with boxes, but old One-Eyed Willy has to have some better treasure than the 4 items he is always showing me...

10. Clans! Team rosters! Clan Wars! Clan trading! Clan/Personal leaderboards: Rank? Exp? Wins? Highest Quality Servo?

These are just a few ideas that came to mind while playing, a lot more has passed through my head, but I forgot some of it...

This isn't in the schedule right now. It's something we'll look at once we're farther down the pipe.

We just don't have that many folks playing ATM. That will go up. You can use Steam join/invite if you want.

It's there as an approximation of how good the item is. Not tuned properly yet.

Bounty's coming out, unless we find a use for it.

Coming in next update if we can sort out a few bugs with it.

We can look at adding "more", but we are primarily focused on improving what's here currently.

I think that's just a diff feature. One we've talked about, actually. On the wishlist somewhere.

9. More purchasable items.. I love playing my luck with boxes, but old One-Eyed Willy has to have some better treasure than the 4 items he is always showing me...

Those will eventually expire after a while and get replaced. They are replaced when you buy one.

10. Clans! Team rosters! Clan Wars! Clan trading! Clan/Personal leaderboards: Rank? Exp? Wins? Highest Quality Servo?

Clans are coming. No specific ETA yet, though.

I'd love 2v2, with a formal way to queue with a teammate and have our stats recorded as a team. Supporting 4 players would also open up the possibility of 4 player coop (imagine the crazy encounters you could make to challenge 12 servos at once!), and 3 player options like a 3 player free for all. Larger 4 player maps can be useful for 1v1 as well

Oh dear lord; the carnage.  Please toss that on the wish list for after the game is released!

Yeah, keeping in mind that 'release' is like, less than half a year away, I can understand them not doing it till after.

Here's my post release wishlist:

2v2 and 4 player coop

Party system like Orcs Must Die 2 had where you can invite a friend then start a game and you both load into it when the party leader starts a game. If there were 2v2 and 4 player coop this would need up to 4 slots instead of 2 for arranged games of 2v2 and 4 player coop.

Allow 2 people to queue 2v2 as a team, with that pairing being a different 'team' on the leaderboard to other teams the player might play with, have another leaderboard ranking for solo queueing 2v2

Spectators allowed in games not found with 'find match', or rather, for arranged games.

Replays. Bonus points if someone can host a game that plays a replay while the networked players observe

Well, we don't have a specific release date yet. Depends on feedback and progress.

Some version of all those suggestions is on the list.

Could we get some inventory management, so not everything is lumped together?

And maybe an ability to scrap parts right there where we are trying them out so we don't have to swap back and forth between two different sections?

Or for that matter, add a "scrap" check box or button on parts when you open a loot box where you can check each part in the box so it scraps when you close the window and add a "scrap all" button which scraps everything and closes the window. Then we don't even get a big inventory of junk. Just make sure it does a confirm if there are any epic or priceless parts in there when you try to scrap all or try to scrap an epic or priceless part individually.

Another good fix is making it so the inventory doesn't scroll back to the middle every time you scrap a part.

The 'mark for scrap' thing is on the list.

Yes, that's an annoying bug;)

Just how you can filter by rareity on the scrap page, how about a filter by weapon type? When I'm trying to find my best pistol out of only 4 that I have. It's pretty hard searching through 300 items :/

Both.  I've definitely wanted it in Korso - once I've got enough of a weapon type to outfit all my servos if I choose, I can sell of the extras; I need an effective way to count and review what I've got in just that category.

Filtering in the hanger would be pretty nice as well.  For weapons you can sort of do it with support arm, but not for rifles, or different classes of shoulder slots.

A good example I've come across is one used on "robocraftgarage.com" Pictured below.

You just select what part types to filter by aswell as a slider or two for other modifiers (maybe DPS/rarity for example):
