New account can't reply to threads

Says i can't post anymore replie to threads as its a new account how long do i have to wait ?

Make sure you have signed in with your billing email, I was not able to sign in until i made an account with the email on my bill, So in return i had to change all my billing info so i could sign in here to prevent Hackers getting my billing info if there was a breach, like Sony had and others.

Now i have 2 account with games in both ..... make no sense to me but hey .....

I have this exact problem, 

 

I may be an New user to this forum, but i did pay 99$ acces for it, 

2 times now i tried to make an thread, I see it for 2 minutes in the General section, and then it suddenly dissapears. 

 

Either an Mod is instantly deleting my thread without even saying why, 

 

Or it is in fact this new user policy, 

Wich i find stupid because after an hour playing i wanted to give my first feedback of the game. and had a question regarding research.
