Horrible Customer Service.

I got charged twice for the founders addition, which caused my bank account to get overdrawn. And yet customer service will do nothing for what they did. Sure they canceled the 2nd payment. but that doesnt do me any good with the 29 dollar overdraft fee i took. Is there any number or another email i can get ahold of for better support? because the guy who replied to my support ticket is useless.

While being double-charged for a product is an issue you may or may not have been in control of (which as you yourself have posted Stardock has remedied) the issue of your account being 'overdrawn' I would argue is in fact yours.
