Am I missing something?

Hi,

New Galciv III player here. I build a custom design and saved it.  Its a support ship but when i go to user ship in my shipyard in game I cant use it does not show up.  Am i missing a step?

It might be that you happened to click "save as template". That only saves the ship design, which is to say - without weapons and engines and such.

Yes that happens if you tell it to save as template.

Or you used a component that had a resource requirement like thulium or antimatter without having any of the resource
