I started watching it a year or so ago and it was good. Benedict Cumberpatch was solid. As the seasons went on, I realized how good Martin Freeman was as John Watson. He really deserved best supporting actor. He actually outshines Benedict. Kudos to him!

It is a truly brilliant show -a wonderful reboot of the Sherlock 'franchise.'  And I agree Dr Watson often outshines Sherlock... wonderful chemistry...
