Separating out specializations

Sorry, I'm having a moment of it.  Can someone give me a bit of direction in how to make some of the specializations into their own tech so that they can be researched?  I mostly just want it for the Colonization focus and Biosphere Perfection specializations.  It seems like normalizing production on all extreme worlds should be possible, rather than just for one type per.

I'd suggest getting rid of the <Specialization></Specialization> line and seeing what happens. You might also need to change it so that subsequent techs no longer use the specialization techs as prerequisites; I think someone created a post before indicating that the tech tree would create duplicate branches off of each specialization subtech.
