[Modding][Question/Request] "Threats" as possible actions during trade with a Civ

Is there a way to add threats actions during Trade sessions?

Examples:

Give me this, this and this, OR I declare war!

Give me this, AND I will not declare war for XX turns.

Etc.

Etc.
