GC III missing from Steam library

I know that GC3 was in my Steam library because I've been able to opt into the patches.

But now my library list includes GC2, as before, but has no mention of 3.

Anyone else have this problem or know a solution?

Have you tried completely logging off and closing Steam, then starting again?
