And the background image is reversed compared to the startup image in game... What is the world coming to!

I know! I was looking forward to watching it before I was able to download it and once again start a new game that I will hopefully be able to finish this time around! lol
I was enjoying the count down timer too, please bring it back Stardock.
Sins ForumsMaybe they decided to postopone the release another month so they took it down temporarily to reset it 
More like they forgot about the timer when they changed the background :'(
We pushed the new site live in preparation for the launch. Few more hours! 
But I was hoping to watch the clock. Even hurt my foot at work yesterday for it. LOL
Well guess it's back to mashing F5 on Steamdb for when the depot is updated.

Seems a bit odd to do that with the time still counting down, I mean whats the point in having a count down if you don't let it hit 0? Ok I'll get over it stoked that the game is getting pretty positive reviews all round and a bit over excited about the launch. Which I didn't think I would be given I've been able to play for a long time already.

My game just switched to 1.0 and the Campaign button is no longer greyed out.
It would be nice if the ship and custom race designers were available from the main launch screen.
I believe from a dev stream last week the ship designer will be eventually. The race designer, sure that would be nice to have on the main menu to though it makes little difference as you can just go new game design the race then not start a new game.

The custom race creator seems a little limited in choosing color combinations however. Each color scheme has a combination that it doesn't look like you can mix and match without editing the xml. Might be nice to break those down by clickable choices on that screen. Or possibly I'm missing something in the interface. I've only made one race so far. Haven't even put in any custom pictures yet.
Downloaded and playing the release! They can keep the timer, I have the game... muahaha!
