Cannot configure Start8 on default hidden admin account or regular admin account (except for my admin account)

When I try to configure Start8 for the default hidden admin account or for another regular admin account (other than my own) the configuration screen is not brought up.  Instead, IE opens to Stardock download saying there is a newer version. I don't want  it.  I have 1.5 and want that version to work on not only MY admin account but the other admin accounts I have also.

Seems to me that for the default hidden admin account it should just work (version 1.5) and not be demanding I install a newer version.  1.5 on MY admin account is not demanding I install 1.55.

The reason it is going there is it believes the installation is corrupt.

The 1.55 update has some changes to handle cases where a machine isn't aware of the newer digital signature root certs so hopefully if you upgrade it should then work fine.  If not please let us know so we can do some more investigations.
