Please add Real World Clock (RWC) option back

We had the option in GC II and the reasons behind the functionality are still valid. Please help the "just one more turn" players to get the laundry done, kids fed, and all those other real world intrusions. To be useful, the RWC must be visible on the main screen at all times.

yeah, there was a mod for that made for Skyrim.  Greatest mod ever.  Saved a lot of lives! :P
