Please don't post your email in a public forum.

I'd recommend uninstalling Start8 before upgrading.

I have logged into my account - but start 10 is not showing up to download - only start8.

 

I also tried downloading and then going to the payment - but it was trying to bill me.

 

I downloaded the trial - but it's on a 30 day demo just now - it doesn't activate with my start 8 details - is there a link or guide on getting this update for start 8 customers? I just updated my windows 8 to windows 10 - so I would appreciate any help.

MrDude - It doesn't appear you've purchased Start10. You would need to purchase it to activate it.

OK thanks, I paid the $3.99 as it's a good program - everything is good now and it's activated fine.
