Game not running at all over resolution issue

Hi game wont even load, I have a mac, bootcamped to windows running a radeon series card with two screen

this is the message and sometimes after the crash it throws out a error code, but of course not today when i wanna send it

1. I have tried newest drivers,

2.Shift key for different Res

3.Validated install files

4. opted in for beta and no luck with beta either

Any help, if not who do I contact for a refund, I know it's in early access, but a game that wont start, is not worth money.

Could you please post the error message? I'd like to take a look and try to find the issue. It sounds like the game crashes altogether and isn't just a blank window, correct? There is also a

Any other information about your system, what version of Windows you are running, whether you are in a strict Boot Camp setup or accessing the partition through virtual machine software would also be good to know.

Additionally there is a file in the game's Steam directory called output_log.txt, the location should look something like:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Offworld Trading Company\Offworld_Data\output_log.txt

If you find that file, could you attach or post it. I can try to look through it as a cause as well.

here yah go, for the mem error to pop up i have to spam click the terminate program

Hello,

We have looked into it, and found that users in other games(same engine) have had similar problems. Have you tried playing windowed instead of fullscreen, if not, does doing so resolve the issue (temporary solution).

Additionally you can try running in DirectX9 or OpenGL mode. The batch files to do so are in the game's folder at a path similar to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Offworld Trading Company

There should be OffworldOpenGL and OffworldD3D9 files in that folder.

Please let me know if either of those allow you to play the game as we continue reaching out for a final resolution.

Windowed doesnt work,

both bat files open the main screen its 3 am so I will test to see if the game runs tomorrow
