How do I make a document or folder

available to other log users?

Win7 prof home edition, PC 2 years old.  Set up has three users.  One is guest.  Two is adm user (me).  Three is non adm user (me). Some programs when I install permit me to make it available to all users.  I have searched windows infos... nada.  Would some kind soul explain to me how I go about making a folder and / or a text file in one user available to the other users?  How do I configure this?  Thanks...

This is what  do. Right click on the desktop and go to new. Then rename the folder to what you want. Open the folder up and then you can drag your files into the folder and save.

Making a copy of the folder and giving that copy a different name makes it show up on the other user's desktop?  I'm confused.

Put them in the Public Documents folder.
