Access to Founder's Vault ?

Hello,

I bought the game from your website, and i play it on Steam. I can see i own "servo - founder's pack" on Steam account.

When i try to log into Founder's Vault (http://www.servogame.com/vault) with my email and password (same for the forum and Stardock if i'm correct), i get an error :

Sorry, it appears that you do not have access to the Servo Founder's Repository. To obtain access you need have Pre-ordered Servo.

-Tchey- - I see you have a Stardock account but the game is not on this account you're posting from. You'll want to login using the account/email you purchased under.

Yes i can notice that, but i only have one Stardock account.

I made it back in 2008. When i wanted to buy Servo i couldn't remember my login/pass, so at first i try to recover password from several old email adresses i had. Then i managed to find the email, and found the one with log/pass, from 2008. So i logged in, buy the game, changed password, changed email, changed username.

A few days later i tried to log to the Vault, i couldn't. They i tried to check my Stardock account, to see what i bought in 2008 and to check my Servo's bill. Nothing. It's empty.

So i don't get it. I bought Servo from the main website, with my old Stardock account from 2008, and that's the same account i'm logged in right now.

Same here I just bought the Founder's pack and paid with PayPal which uses one email address. Then I installed the game via Steam.

I also have a Stardock account under a gmail address with a password. But When I try to login to the Founder's Vault with my Stardock account gmail address and password It does't work. When I use the email address that I used to pay for the game I can't login because of course I have no password.

TokyoDan - Then you would need to create an account under that Paypal email, and then you can merge those accounts together:
