offline activation file location?

where is this typically stored for offline activation? I cannot find this file I've looked everywhere.

 

I want to try windowblinds on windows 10 and it fails on every step.

 

I mnanaged to use compatbility and it crashes on on every step of the normal activation. (blue screens in a loop)

 

I want to try it and it's just looping and I need to try this.,

 

 

any ways I can try "offline mode" and see if it works.

What is blue screening?

I just checked here and if you set the installer to Win8 compatibility mode then it will install and it activated just fine.

The taskbar does not skin of course due to OS changes.

It won't let me activate I click the button and it does nothing..

 

must be win 10 hates it lol..

 

is there a way I can bypass that like use the offline file but I can't find it in my other version
