Yes, the syncing is off, plus I was a little bummed that it's only in 360p too.

It's at 720p now.  I've noticed that it takes time for newly uploaded videos to fully "up convert" to higher resolutions.  Whether that's because the higher resolutions are still uploading somewhere/how or it is because YouTube itself is still processing the higher resolution files, I have no idea.  But it's a phenomenon I've seen a lot for vids with a long playing time.

Usually I just wait a bit for the 720p version to finish processing/uploading.  A half an hour usually does it. :)

Quoting TheBirthdayParty,

Yes, the audio/video are not in sync. Not watchable. : / Help?

what i did was had the stream playing in 2 windows with the first stream playing audio ahead by ~ 24 seconds
and the second stream fullscrean muted

This worked for me thanks! I did have to keep re-syncing by quickly pausing and un-pausing the muted full screen window. The video seems to be a little faster than the audio so after 5-10 minutes or so the video would overtake the audio. But a quick pause un-pause re-synced it perfectly. Thanks for the tip! :)

I'm not sure why the audio isn't syncing correctly on YouTube.

Ah, thanks. I guess I hadn't noticed as I usually aren't able to watch until later in the day, this past Friday I had off so I jumped on it as soon as I could.

@peregrine23

So why not a similar system for approval?

10B population need 10 approval points to have 100% approval.
100B population need 100 approval points to have 100% approval.

I think this is how it works.

It seems; you are right, I was misled by the way it is displayed. :)

Ex:

Population: 8.9          Approval: 98%

It means:

Population: 8.9          Approval: 8.8

Also, I think that the distinction between "Morale" and "Approval" is not very clear.
