What are the best UI mods available currently?

Hi Everyone! I am new the forums, so thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.

I am attempting to play the game in 2160p and the UI is incredibly small. From what I have gathered from the forums the only way to increase the UI is to mod the game. Can you recommend a UI mod that doesn't change anything else in the game?

Honestly there aren't very many. Typically only the large total conversions are the ones who have spent the time to totally redo the UI, but they probably didn't make the UI any bigger, since they want the largest player base possible and a UI for large monitors would likely be unuseable by those with smaller monitors.

There are a few font mods however, perhaps they will help somewhat.
