Start8 Drag&Drop bug?

When i drag and drop a folder from one folder to another in the Program list and one identical folder (same name) is present where i drop, Start8 do not ask me which action i want to do (Example merge).

Start8 show me two identical folders, and  i need to close and re open Start8 for see just one.

But onestly i do not know what Start8 did with drop action.
