No vault access

Good day devs of this awesome game!

I supported the game (founders lifetime edition) by paypal payment and that went all nice and no problems.

But i had no stardock account yet, i made that after paying the lifetime edition, sadly i can't enter the vault nor do i see my purchase.

This is because i did things in a reserve order   i should have made the stardock account, then do my purchase and then everything would be fine.

Is there a possibility that the 2 things can be linked?
