failure to display

using fresh copy of win 7 in vmplayer, keep geting above msg, have tried all diagnostics provided to no avail, also when trying to access support using the same password e-mail combo i used to post on this forum i get invalid error. wtf? any help would be appreatid as support from stardock is not working thanks in advance..

On the support site, you have to create a user/pass as it doesn't work with the forum system.
