[LH 1.8] [Gremlin] CurgensVolcano

Two things regarding Curgen's Volcano:

1. The AI is unable to cast it (Similar to how it was unable to cast Arcane Monolith, so maybe extend Arcane Monolith fix to Curgen's Volcano?)

2. Various issues with surviving units / terrain on the Volcano, see images.

 

Image #1: Surviving Units. Will remain in game even after Empire of Yithril has been eliminated.

 

Image #2: River remained on the Volcano.

Personally, I'm really not all that upset that the computer isn't able to cast world-destroying spells. Sure, it technically gives me an advantage because I can use world-destroying spells even if the computer can't, but I just don't like them. Barren wastelands aren't useful to anyone; if I'm going to expend effort to conquer an area, I'd like to get something out of it.

I guess the ancillary request, here, is to have an AI capable of casting the same spells as the player. Whether or not AI should cast world-destroying/world-altering spells is more a balance/preference issue and that's probably something players won't agree on for a variety of good reasons from all sides. What I'm getting at is Curgen's Volcano should be disabled through AIPriority=0, not through some hidden tweak, some broken mechanism, or some AI malfunction.
