What are the available Single Player modes?

I read the gameplay and saw skirmish and scenario (which sound fun). Will there be a Risk-type game mode for the galaxy (similar to Planetary Annihilation but better)? I love playing with a friend against a bunch of AI in games that have risk game types.

That sounds like a ton of fun. I play mostly with my brothers/friends and would love more co-op vs. the A.I. types built in. Please consider this.
