GC2 Ultimate Edition - Issue with Community Update Executable

Hi All, 

I just downloaded and installed the community update, and copied over the new executable.  But when I run it, I get an error along this lines...

 

The procedure entry point not found

 

?Find@D3DXFRAME_EX@@QAEPAU1@PBDH@Z in dynamic link library Lib3D.dll

 

Any help is much appreciated.

Does it happen only if you use the mod or you have the same problem with vanilla?

The game runs fine for me, unless I use the mod. I watched the video and done everything correctly as far as I can tell. I have the ultimate edition on steam. Here is the exact error message I get:
