There are blank icons for the Unused Tile notification at the top and when queuing resource production upgrades in the Engineering Lab.

It is blank, because it is unused. ?

Yeah, we haven't gotten to those yet. We're going to be doing some new UI tech and we'll try to get some icons in when we do that.
