[UI Bug] Minor visual glitch

There is a big black box on the right side of the chat                                                                     ^^^^^^^

It appears when the mouse is moved over the chat message, its position changes up/down if I moved over different messages, following the y-pos of the cursor.

There is also a cyan scrollbar on the rightside of the chat? That is normally not visible, it only appears if you click on the invisible scrollbar.
