Bug: Wrong tooltip when placing wrong power building on thermal vent

If you try to place a solar panel for instance on a geothermal vent, it will say "This building can only be placed on geothermal vents" or similar.
Basically, trying to put wrong building on a vent is giving you the message you should get when trying to place a geothermal plant on the wrong spaces.
