Potential Improvements?

Playing campaign in the mission select menu, it would be nice if I could get a mouseover/tooltip to explain the effects of the awarded perk. The perk I would get for winning the mission is Thinking Machines, but I do not know what that does. (Yes, I know I could look it up but it would be nice to be explained right there)

they are explained in the patent lab. You should have been able to figure out what they all do the first time you built this building in single player. or a tutorial.

I rely on the explanations as I have yet to memorize all the patent effects. I am not saying the information is totally inaccessible, it would just be nice to have it on the mission selection screen as the awarded perk/patent (and its effects) is a big part of choosing which mission to take on.
