Tooltip redraw glitch in the main menu

When I click on the "Change log" button/link, the change log window opens.

I noticed several issues:

  1. If I hover over the OK button, the tooltip "Close Change Log" appears beneath the actual change log window. Screenshot
  2. After I click OK, the tooltip is only partially removed from the screen. It's bottom and right edges, and a square in the top-right, are still visible. Screenshot
  3. Moving around menus (For example, by Pressing "Single Player"), a black rectangle appears on the lower left edge of the screen. It disappears as soon as  any tooltip is drawn, i.e. when I hover over any of the buttons. Screenshot

Found another issue with the tooltips.

In the Tutorial menu, the tooltips for "Win as" look like this, with the black background not extending over the whole text, the text wrapping, and missing an underline.

Only after hovering over the "back" button, do the tooltips for the "Win as" are fixed and drawn correctly like so.
