offworld launchers are the only viable strategy

Currently racing for offworld launchers is the only viable strategy. I know this will be rebalanced, but I just thought I would note it anyway.

There needs to be a mix of early and mid game strategies that are viable, which can disrupt the offworld launcher strategy, but only within that mid game timing window.
