Subsequent HQ upgrade eligibility UI glitched

  1. Upgrade your starter HQ to maximum level
  2. Obtain second upgradable HQ (e.g. via stock purchase)
  3. Note that upgrade button, when available/enabled, states you've reached your maximum upgrade level (incorrect)
  4. Note that clicking upgrade still works, too
