Clicking a competitor's research building brings up own research UI

I found myself clicking around on buildings to determine if there were any actions I was missing. When I clicked on a competitor's research building, my research UI confusingly appeared and had to be dismissed. Did not expect my UI to appear at all.

Just an update -- this applies to all buildings that unfold additional UI.
