Just checking to see if anyone uses the WASD to look around. For me, I think the mouse is so much nicer and easier to control. I think WASD should be changed to building hotkeys.
So the question is... does anyone use WASD as is?
A few people do. Especially Mac users with that fancy touch board I'd guess.
I use WASD. I just want to be able to turn off that map scrolling when the mouse pointer reaches an edge of the game screen. The map always scrolls when I don't want it to, like when I move the pointer down to the toolbar on the bottom left the map usually scrolls up. On Windows the edge scrolling can be enabled/disabled with the numerical keypad numlock. Lot's of Macs don't have numerical keypads unless you have one of those extended keyboards.
I use the mouse and WASD I like to be able to use both I hate when it is only the arrow keys as I am right handed and on a laptop WASD just make thinks easier for me
Besides the question of who uses WASD or not, the game doesn't really communicate that WASD is used to scroll the map.
A newbie player, like myself, would start by moving the mouse to the edges of the screen, and when that doesn't scroll anything, try the keyboard.
Perhaps the tutorial should explain it somehow?
