We're still waiting on our three Gift Edition keys. It's been up on steam over an hour, any ETA on when the process will complete?
If you are referring to the gift edition key for the Founder's Elite and the coupon codes, then those were discontinued when the Founder's program ended.

So we paid a total of $60 for three copies of the game back in May that were never delivered? They still show as "Coming Soon" on the stardock downloads section, we have NEVER been sent a key or copy of the game from them.

We were really looking forward to being able to play this evening, or at least this weekend.
Edit: Just dug out my email from July, and it claims "The Gift Edition is functionally identical to all other editions of the game; it just doesn't come with any of the other Founder bonuses like the game almanac or soundtrack."
It did not say anywhere that they were going to expire at some point.
There is an issue we need to work out with some gift edition keys. It will be worked out soon and information posted.
