Does having Early Access mean we can publish screens and reviews on the web?

Like some of you may know I am active on a few game fora (like  civfanatics) and run a (recently revived) game related blog. Can I publish my experiences with the game in place's like that (of course mentioning that that the game is still in development and is subject to change etc.)?

You can say whatever you like publicly, but we are asking that people hold off on screenshots or videos (besides what we have published, of course) until the 12th.

Thanks for your answer, I could not reply earlier since new members on the forum apparantly only are allowed a limited number of posts.
