Unhide taskbar

not working

I need to unhide the windows 8.1 taskbar. I have unchecked the hide taskbar in Objectdock settings, but with no luck (I also did a reboot).

Can anyone help me?

Are you running anything else that hides the taskbar, such as Tiles?
