Impulse with demo not working

I downloaded the demo for Demigod, figuring I'd try it, but Impulse won't seem to let me create an account. I get to the agreement page after putting in the full name and e-mail, and when I click accept, it says an unexpected error has occurred. Any advice?

Impulse was bought by GameStop and discontinued some time ago now.

I don't believe the demo works any longer.
